NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.

On May 9, 2000, Examiner David E. Shaw issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum, in the above-entitled matter determining that the above-named Respondent had not committed prohibited practices within the meaning of the Municipal Employment Relations Act. He therefore dismissed the complaint.

Because the parties' receipt of the decision was delayed, the deadline for receipt of a petition for review was extended to June 19, 2000 pursuant to Sec. 111.07(5), Stats.

No petition for review of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed.

By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Shaw's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter became the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order on June 20, 2000.
