ORDER DENYING PETITION TO RECONSIDER

On December 7, 1999, we issued an Order Denying Motion to Intervene wherein we concluded that Jennifer A. Peshut was not a "party in interest" in the above captioned matter and thus was not entitled to intervene.

On December 28, 1999, Peshut filed a petition with us asking that we reconsider our Order.

On January 19, 2000, Respondents and Intervenor Local 171, WSEU, AFSCME Council 24 filed written statements in opposition to the petition.

We have considered the matter and conclude that our original Order Denying Motion to Intervene was correctly decided.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The petition to reconsider is denied.
