NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.
On May 27, 1999 Examiner Lionel L. Crowley issued an Order Granting Motion to Dismiss and Denying Motions for Sanctions with Accompanying Memorandum, in the above-entitled matter determining that he lacked jurisdiction over certain of Complainant s allegations and that Complainant lacked standing to litigate certain allegations. He therefore dismissed the complaint.
Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following
By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Crowley's Order in the above-entitled matter became the Commission's Order on June 17, 1999.
