NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF
FACT, CONCLUSION OF LAW
AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5),
On July 9, 1999, Examiner Karen J. Mawhinney issued Findings of Fact, Conclusion
and Order, with Accompanying Memorandum, in the above-entitled matter determining that
above-named Respondent had committed an unfair labor practice within the meaning of Sec.
111.84(1)(e), Stats. She therefore ordered Respondent to cease and desist from said violation
to take certain affirmative action.
Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for
of said Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order by
Examiner or the Commission was issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following
By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Mawhinney's Findings of Fact,
of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter became the Commission's Findings of Fact,
Conclusion of Law and Order on July 30, 1999.
Within 20 days of the date of this Notice, Respondent shall advise the Commission
Complainant in writing as to the action Respondent has taken to comply with the
