ORDER GRANTING PETITION FOR REHEARING
On June 10, 1999, Intervenor Wisconsin State Employees Union, Council 24, AFSCME, AFL-CIO filed a petition for rehearing in the above matter asserting that the Commission's May 24, 1999 Order contains errors of law and fact.

On July 1, 1999, Complainant filed a statement in opposition to the petition.
The Commission has considered the matter and concluded that it should grant the petition for the purpose of deciding whether its May 24, 1999 Order contains material material errors of law or fact.
Therefore, we make and issue the following
The petition for rehearing is granted. Any additional written argument should be postmarked on or before August 12, 1999.
