No. 28937-B

The Examiner dismissed the complaint allegations that Respondent State of Wisconsin had violated Sec. 111.84(1)(c), Stats.

Respondents timely filed a petition with the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission seeking review of the Examiner's conclusion that Respondent State of Wisconsin had violated Sec. 111.84(1)(a), Stats. Respondents subsequently withdrew the petition for review and asserted that they had complied with the Examiner's remedial Order.

The parties thereafter disagreed regarding the extent of Respondents' compliance. That dispute was ultimately resolved.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following

NOTICE

By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Greco's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order became those of the Commission.

Given under our hands and seal at the City of Madison, Wisconsin this 19th day of November, 1999.
