NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.
On March 27, 1998, Examiner David E. Shaw issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order, with Accompanying Memorandum, in the above-entitled matter determining that the above-named Respondent had committed prohibited practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)4 and 1, Stats. He therefore ordered Respondent to cease and desist from said violations and to take certain affirmative action. The Examiner also concluded that Respondent had not committed prohibited practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)3 and 1, Stats., and dismissed those portions of the complaint.
Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following
By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Shaw's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter become the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order on April 17, 1998.
Within 20 days of the date of this Notice, Respondent shall advise the Commission in writing as to the action it has taken to comply with the Commission's Order.
