NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF
FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5),
On March 26, 1998, Examiner Marshall L. Gratz issued Findings of Fact,
Conclusions of Law
and Order, with Accompanying Memorandum, in the above-entitled matter determining that
Respondents Sears and Teamsters Local 744 had not committed unfair labor practices within
meaning of the Wisconsin Employment Peace Act. He therefore dismissed the complaint as
