NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.

On March 26, 1998, Examiner Marshall L. Gratz issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order, with Accompanying Memorandum, in the above-entitled matter determining that Respondents Sears and Teamsters Local 744 had not committed unfair labor practices within the meaning of the Wisconsin Employment Peace Act. He therefore dismissed the complaint as to these Respondents.

As to Respondent McClure, the Examiner concluded that she had committed an unfair labor practice within the meaning of Sec. 111.06(3), Stats., of the Peace Act. He ordered Respondent McClure to cease and desist from such conduct.

Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following

NOTICE

By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Gratz's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter become the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order on April 16, 1998.
