ORDER OF DISMISSAL

The School District of Seneca having on May 12, 1997, filed a petition with the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission seeking a declaratory ruling pursuant to Sec. 111.70(4)(b), Stats. regarding its bargain with Seneca Council of Auxiliary Personnel over certain matters; and the parties thereafter having engaged in successful efforts to resolve their dispute; and the District having on July 23, 1997, telephonically notified the Commission that the petition could be dismissed;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The petition for declaratory ruling is dismissed.
