You are hereby notified that the Court has entered the following opinion and order:

97-0282 Racine Education Association, Racine Unified School District v. Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission

Decision No. 27986-D

Before Snyder, P.J., Nettesheim and Anderson, JJ.

This appeal marks yet another page in the volume of litigious, internecine squabbles between the Racine Education Association (the Association) and the Racine Unified School District (the District). The Association appeals and the District cross-appeals from a circuit court order which affirmed a Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission decision and dismissed both the Association's and the District's petitions for review. Based on our review, at conference, of the briefs and record, we conclude that this case is appropriate for summary disposition. See RULE 809.21, Stats. We affirm the order of the circuit court. That court's decision is carefully wrought and properly decided; we incorporate it by reference and adopt it as the decision of this court.

Upon the foregoing reasons,

IT IS ORDERED that the order of the circuit court is summarily affirmed, pursuant to Rule 809.21, Stats.
