ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT

On June 22, 1995, Examiner Richard B. McLaughlin issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above matter wherein he dismissed the complaint.

On June 28, 1995, the Examiner received a June 26, 1995 letter from Complainant indicating that Complainant and Respondent had entered into a settlement agreement and the Complainant was withdrawing the complaint.

Based on Complainant's June 26, 1995 letter, the Commission makes and issues the following

ORDER

The complaint is hereby dismissed.

Given under our hands and seal at the City of Madison, Wisconsin, this 11th day of July, 1995.
