ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO

CONSOLIDATE CASES FOR HEARING

Mark Benzing, herein Complainant, filed complaints against Blackhawk Technical College, herein Respondent, on January 7 and March 14, 1994.

On April 18, 1994, Respondent filed a Motion to Consolidate the complaints for hearing, citing a commonality of parties, issues and witnesses.

On May 11, 1994, Complainant filed a written statement in opposition to the Motion asserting the complaints are distinct and that consolidation will cause confusion and waste time.

The Commission has considered the matter and concluded that consolidation will avoid unnecessary costs.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

Pursuant to ERB. 10.07, the above-captioned complaints are consolidated for hearing.

Given under our hands and seal at the City of Madison, Wisconsin this 20th day of June, 1994.
