IT IS STIPULATED by the parties to the above-entitled proceeding, by their attorneys, that the following order and judgment confirming and enforcing the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission's findings of fact, conclusions of law and order with accompanying memorandum dated September 12, 1991 (Decision No. 26911-B) may be entered by the Court without further notice and without costs to any party.

ORDER AND JUDGMENT

UPON THE STIPULATION OF THE PARTIES,

The above-entitled matter having come before the Court upon the petition of the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission for enforcement of its findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order issued September 12, 1991 (Decision No. 26911-B) which adopted and affirmed the examiners findings of fact, conclusions of law and order with accompanying memorandum dated August 20, 1991 (Decision No. 26911-A); petitioner, Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission, appearing by James E. Doyle, Attorney General, and John D. Niemisto, Assistant Attorney General; intervenor petitioner, Milwaukee Teachers Education Association, appearing by Perry, Lerner & Quindel, S.C. by Richard Perry; respondent, Milwaukee Board of School Directors, appearing by Mary M. Kuhnmuench, Assistant City Attorney; and the Court having considered the matter upon the record and the foregoing stipulation, now, on motion,

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the findings of fact, conclusions of law and order of the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission, entered on September 12, 1991, which adopted the examiner's findings of fact, conclusions of law and order dated August 20, 1991, in the above-entitled matter are hereby confirmed, the Court reserving jurisdiction to make such further order or judgment in the premises as may be necessary to give full force and effect to the said order of the Commission and the enforcement thereof.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the respondent, Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall, comply with affirmative action terms and conditions of the Commission's order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the respondent shall notify the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission and this Court in writing, no later than October 1, 1993, as to what steps have been taken to comply herewith. Dated this 23rd day of August, 1993.
