BEFORE THE WISCONSIN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

ORDER MODIFYING DIRECTION OF ELECTION

The Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission having on September 27, 1989 issued a Direction of Election in the above matter in a unit consisting of all regular full-time and regular part-time employes of Waukesha County who are not presently included in an existing collective bargaining unit, excluding professional employes, confidential employes, supervisory employes and managerial employes;

and the parties thereafter having engaged in discussions to resolve disputes as to the eligibility of certain employes to vote in said Election; and the Commission having received a Stipulation for Election on December 14, 1990 requesting that the Commission proceed to conduct an election in a bargaining unit consisting of

All Waukesha County employees who are employed in the following classifications Bus Driver, Bus Driver Scheduler, Child Support Investigator, Collection Specialist, Communications Technician, Computer Operator, Computer Systems Specialist, Correctional Services Assistant, Deputy Medical Examiner, Emergency Government Coordinator, Engineering Technician, Fraud Investigator, Human Officer, Identification Aide, Jail Cook, Museum Registrar, Network Support Technician, Photographic Technician, Recycling Coordinator, Senior Child Support Investigator, Senior Computer Systems Specialist, Senior Engineering Technician, Telecommunications Specialist, Veteran Service Aide, excluding managerial, supervisory, professional, and confidential employees.

and the Commission being satisfied that it is appropriate to modify its Direction of Election in light of the parties' Stipulation;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

That the Direction of Election issued September 27, 1989 is modified to read

DIRECTION OF ELECTION

An election by secret ballot shall be conducted under the direction of the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission within ninety (90) days of the date of this Direction in a unit consisting of all Waukesha County employes who are employed in the following classifications Bus Driver, Bus Driver Scheduler, Child Support Investigator, Collection Specialist, Communications Technician, Computer Operator, Computer Systems Specialist, Correctional Services Assistant, Deputy Medical Examiner, Emergency Government Coordinator, Engineering Technician, Fraud Investigator, Human Officer, Identification Aide, Jail Cook, Museum Registrar, Network Support Technician, Photographic Technician, Recycling Coordinator, Senior Child Support Investigator, Senior Computer Systems Specialist, Senior Engineering Technician, Telecommunications Specialist, Veteran Service Aide, excluding managerial, supervisory, professional, and confidential employes, who were employed on January 9, 1991, except such employes as may prior to the election quit their employment or be discharged for cause, for the purpose of determining whether a majority of the employes voting desire to be represented by Wisconsin Council 40, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, or by Teamsters "General" Local 200, or by neither of said organizations for the purposes of collective bargaining with Waukesha County on questions of wages, hours and conditions of employment.
