ORDER DISMISSING PETITION AND

SETTING ASIDE FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

AND DIRECTION OF ELECTION

The Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission having on September 6, 1989 issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Direction of Election in the above matter; and prior to the conduct of said election, the parties having on November 16, 1989, filed a request with the Commission asking that the petition be dismissed; and the Commission being satisfied that it should dismiss the petition and set aside the Direction of Election;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

1. That the petition filed by Milwaukee District Council 48 is dismissed.

2. That the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Direction of Election issued September 6, 1989 are hereby set aside.
