State Bar adds new real estate forms to online Fillable Forms Bank; family law forms coming soon

The State Bar recently added 16 forms to the Real Estate Enhanced Forms Library, increasing the total number of real estate practice forms, sample language documents, sample letters, and checklists available to 196. The State Bar Online Fillable Forms Bank, which launched in December, also offers 130 criminal and 64 elder law forms. The Family Law Forms Library will be available in August. More

Bar seeks feedback on court's draft revisions to Rules of Professional Conduct

At its May 2 meeting, the Board of Governors approved creating an Ethics 2000 Review Committee to respond to the Wisconsin Supreme Court's draft revisions to SCR Chapter 20, the Rules of Professional Conduct for Wisconsin Attorneys. More
