President-elect post goes to Levine, Pennow wins treasurer, Grant wins Judicial Council

Steve Levine, assistant general counsel, Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, Madison, won the race for State Bar president-elect, defeating Dean R. Dietrich of Ruder Ware, Wausau, and G. Jeffrey George of Meyer Ltd., La Crosse. Levine received 2,382 votes, Dietrich received 2,185 votes, and George received 1,352 votes. Levine's term begins July 1 when D. Michael Guerin, Milwaukee, succeeds Michelle Behnke as State Bar president. More

Bar dues and court assessments set

The 2005-06 State Bar dues and supreme court assessments statement will be mailed this month. State Bar dues remain at $224 for active members. More
