State Bar adds Elder Law Library to online Fillable Forms Bank in April; 300-plus real estate and criminal law forms available now

More than 60 elder law practice forms and sample language documents, letters, and checklists will be available online through the State Bar's Fillable Forms Bank in mid-April. Forms documents are drawn from State Bar CLE Books' Advising Older Clients and Their Families, Vols. I and II, The Guardian ad Litem Handbook, and Guardianship and Protective Placement for the Elderly in Wisconsin. More
