Supreme court candidates Butler and Gableman to debate at Bar Center on March 25
Justice Louis Butler and the Hon. Michael Gableman, candidates for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, will participate in a debate on March 25 at 7 p.m. at the State Bar Center in Madison.
The candidates will participate in a traditional debate format with opening statements, timed answers/rebuttals, and closing statements. A reception for the candidates and attendees will be held before the debate beginning at 6 p.m.
The State Bar, WisPolitics.com, the Wisconsin State Journal, the Wisconsin Radio Network, and the Wisconsin Law Journal are cosponsors.
Space is limited and reservations are required to attend the reception and the debate. The event will be simultaneously webcast on WisBar.org and will be rebroadcast on cable systems in various communities statewide by Wisconsin Eye.
