2008. Whether you are new to adult guardianship or want a
refresher, this seminar has something you need:

questions when your ward’s competency is being
evaluated
- Learn the “how to’s” of communicating
effectively with elderly people with dementia and the
developmentally disabled

to your wards’ needs
- Learn the signs of abuse and how to report them and
intervene legally
- Avoid ethical dilemmas by recognizing potential conflicts of
