    State Bar Seminars Help You Understand the New Rules of Professional Conduct

    To help members understand the impact of these changes, the State Bar is offering CLE programs and will provide continuing coverage in the Wisconsin LawyerTM magazine.     Fees and Fee Agreements Under the New Rules - Webcast, April 23, 12 - 1 p.m. (CST). During this State Bar CLE live webcast seminar, Dean R. Dietrich, Professional Ethics Committee chair, and Timothy J. Pierce, State Bar ethics counsel, will help you understand what is now required in fee agreements under the new rules. Webcast, Monday, April 23, 12 - 1 p.m. (CST). Tuition is $79 for members and $99 for nonmembers. This webcast is approved for 1.5 CLE credits, all of which apply toward EPR credits.

    Understanding the New Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys - Live seminar, May 10, 1 - 4:35 p.m., Milwaukee. Cosponsored by the Nonresident Lawyers Division, the Professional Ethics Committee, and the Professionalism Committee, this seminar will be held in conjunction with the State Bar Annual Convention. Attendance is open to all convention attendees who register for the Thursday program. The seminar will be submitted for CLE and EPR credits.
