    Michael Buxton Devine, Drake 1980, has become an assistant professor of business law at U.W.-La Crosse and has been called to the Bar of Ireland as a barrister. He also is of counsel to Pavelic & Levites P.C., New York City, and a door tenant of Rougemont Chambers, Barristers-at-Law, Exeter, England.

    Micabil Diaz-Martinez, Marquette 1989, has been promoted to deputy secretary for the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. He previously was division administrator for the Equal Rights Division.

    Todd J. Hepler, Nebraska 2004, has joined the Madison and Poynette offices of Lathrop & Clark LLP as an associate, focusing on real property, estate planning, trusts, business law, and litigation.

    Len Kachinsky, U.W. 1978, has been ordered to active duty as chief of mobilization legal operations at Camp Atterbury, Ind. He also previously served as an administrative law officer at Fort Eustis, Va. He practices criminal and traffic defense law in Appleton and is the Menasha municipal judge.

    Roslyn J. Kitchen, Lewis & Clark 1992, has been named a partner at Cohen Silverman Rowan LLP, Boulder, Colo.
