Wisconsin lawyer Cynthia Hirsch recently traveled to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with Lawyers Without Borders to participate as a trainer in a workshop designed to help Tanzanian prosecutors, judges and police officers sharpen their courtroom skills to better prosecute human trafficking cases.
Memo to JFC on Pay Progression and Private Bar Rate
State Bar of Wisconsin President Fran Deisinger wrote a memo to the Joint Finance Committee asking them to support additional funding proposed in the 2017-2019 budget to provide adequate compensation to attract and retain quality attorneys throughout the justice system.
