Looking for Other Opportunities to Make a Difference? Volunteer to Serve on a State Bar Committee

Committee service provides you the opportunity to influence important issues facing the profession and the legal system, and it’s a great way to meet other lawyers who want to make a difference.

“Committee service can provide you with the opportunity to influence important issues facing the profession, the legal system, and our State Bar membership in general,” says State Bar President-elect Paul Swanson. “It is also a great way to meet lawyers from around the state, and even outside the state, who want to make a difference by serving the profession through State Bar activities.”

To find out more, read the invitation from President-elect Paul Swanson and visit the Committees page on WisBar. Be sure to submit an Interest Form by April 15 to be considered for a 2017-18 appointment.
