April 4, 2012 – The Wisconsin Records Management Committee recently introduced three criminal forms.
- CR-281 – Petition for Positive Adjustment Time § 973.198, Wis. Stats.
- CR-282 – Verification of Positive Adjustment Time Earned § 973.198, Wis. Stats.
- CR-283 – Order Concerning Positive Adjustment Time § 973.198, Wis. Stats.
The new forms became effective March 9, 2012 and can be downloaded from the court’s website.
