This free member service, which arrives in your mailbox every Monday morning, categorizes by topic all decisions handed down by the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals during the previous week. New subscribers welcome.

    Jan. 18, 2012 – Keep abreast of recent Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals decisions by subscribing to the State Bar’s CaseLaw Express. This free member service, which arrives in your mailbox every Monday morning, categorizes by topic all decisions handed down by the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals during the previous week. Each edition provides direct links to the full text of each decision, indicates whether a decision has been recommended for publication, and includes the first paragraph of each case to help you quickly determine the issues and, in most cases, the holding, so you can decide if you want to read about the case.

    Renew your subscription

    Each year, the State Bar asks CaseLaw Express subscribers to reconfirm their interest in receiving this service. This practice ensures delivery only to those who want to receive it. If you are one of the more than 5,300 lawyers, judges, law office support staff, and court personnel already subscribe, and would like to continue you can do so upon opening your next issue. You must renew before Feb. 27 to avoid service interruption.
