    Feb. 16, 2011 – State Bar president-elect candidates James Carney and Kevin Klein appear on video to explain what they hope to accomplish when they become State Bar president, after serving a year as president-elect. State Bar members will vote by mailed ballots in April, with the winning candidate taking office on July 1, 2010.  

    In addition to a video, each candidate has answered questions relating to delivering services to members and the public, and has provided a biography and platform statement.
