May 19 – The Wisconsin State Public Defender has just introduced a new blog called On Point, according to attorney Colleen Ball of the Milwaukee Appellate Division.
“It alerts readers to the latest decisions concerning criminal and indigent defense, analyzes significant rulings, tracks cases pending in the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the U.S. Court, and provides links to decisions and briefs.” For attorneys who like their law with a little humor, Ball encourages them to visit the Off Point page.
This is a great resource for lawyers who practice criminal and indigent defense, says Ball. Decisions, analysis, briefs – all in a free, searchable database. Readers may subscribe via email or Google reader to ensure that they are notified whenever there is a new post to On Point.
