On-demand education provides a service that allows users to watch CLE seminars and other educational events on their computer. PINNACLE seminars that are available for on-demand viewing are called CLE OnDemand seminars. Under SCR 31.05(5), select CLE OnDemand seminars are available for CLE credit.

With PINNACLE's CLE OnDemand, attend the same high-quality State Bar seminars wherever you have an Internet connection and whenever it's most convenient for you, with the ease of watching a video. On-demand education allows you to stop, start, and rewind segments as you wish as well as being available 24/7, eliminating travel expenses and time.

Select CLE OnDemand seminars are available for CLE credit. The number of credits available will vary per CLE OnDemand seminar and will be noted in the description of the seminar at time of purchase. Credit for these CLE OnDemand seminars is only available for one year after the seminar has been approved for credit, which also is noted in the description of the seminar. If you do not watch the seminar before the expiration date you will not be able to receive credit for viewing the seminar.

Per SCR 31.05(5) you can only report up to 10 CLE credits of on-demand education each reporting period and you can not use on-demand education credits for reinstatement, readmission, or reactivation. EPR credits are not available through on-demand education. GAL credits are available for select PINNACLE CLE OnDemand seminars.

If a CLE OnDemand seminar has been approved for credit, you can expect your CLE to display in your CLE Tracker within 24 hours. Credits will be applied after your first viewing of your seminar title. If you have purchased and watched a seminar, but your CLE does not display within three business days, please contact Customer Service.

You may use the State Bar CLE Tracker application to adjust your reported on-demand credits or add other self-reported on-demand events. See CLE Tracker FAQs.

OnDemand seminars have an "Ask a Question" link located under each for credit OnDemand event in myMedia. Questions submitted for faculty of an OnDemand seminar will be acknowledged by CLE Seminars within three business days. Please allow up to 15 business days for an answer to your question(s) from the faculty.

You may purchase an on-demand education item by ordering online or by calling the State Bar of Wisconsin at (800) 728-7788.

If you are purchasing an on-demand education event on behalf of another member who desires CLE credit, you have two options: 1) call the State Bar of Wisconsin; or 2) use the member's login and password.

One-time on-demand education purchases

• Go to Marketplace
• Select Education Programs and then click on CLE OnDemand Seminars.
• Scroll through listing to find the education item you desire
• Before purchasing, make sure you test the PC or system that you will be using to view the on-demand education video.
• On the product page of the item you wish to purchase, click the 'Add to Cart' button to add the item to your cart.
• Purchase the on-demand education video(s) through the regular checkout process by clicking on myShoppingCart to checkout.
• You will receive an email containing links to the on-demand education item and Getting Started instructions, or you can immediately access your purchased videos by going to myState Bar and clicking on the title of a video from My On Demand.

NOTE: It may take up to 10 minutes for your OnDemand item to become available after purchase.

Ultimate Pass users can view any on-demand video from the full library at any time during their subscription period by going to their myMedia page in myStateBar.

Passbook certificates can be used to purchase an on-demand education video but must be mailed in with your order. Read more about ordering products by mail.

On-demand education video subscriptions end 90 days from the date of purchase. You may watch your on-demand education video as many times as you like during that period. Ultimate Pass holders have full access during their subscription period.

Repeat the purchase steps to buy another 90-day subscription. Ultimate Pass holders may need to renew their Ultimate Pass subscription.
