“Although we each have different interests, abilities, and objectives, your support of the High School Mock Trial Tournament has provided a means to explore a complex and historical area of intellect that will transcend career decisions and enhance our personal being for years to come.”

In 2003, the Wisconsin Law Foundation established the Heritage Society, which offers you the option of bequeathing funds to the Foundation’s endowment fund. Earnings from the endowment fund help support valuable law-related education and other educational and public service projects.
Your estate gift also can be designated to support a specific program supported by the Foundation.
Estate - name the WLF in your will or estate plan.
Personal trust - name the WLF as a beneficiary in your personal trust. Whether you have a charitable remainder trust or other trust arrangements, you can name the WLF to receive a portion of your estate and gain estate tax benefits.
Insurance policy - designate the WLF as beneficiary of an insurance policy.
Donor-Advised and Designated Funds - includes three types fund contracts: establishing a gift that will remain in perpetuity to support a particular law-related project, naming specific programs, and raising funds for a particular law-related need.
Top-Flight Firms Campaign - recognizes firms that recruit 100 percent of their members to join WLF.
“Your gift will enable youth to continue understanding and accepting responsibility for their actions and allow them to keep their juvenile records clear.”
