Senior Lawyers Division seeks nominations for 2010 Leonard L. Loeb Award

Through its Leonard L. Loeb Award, the Senior Lawyers Division recognizes a senior lawyer (60 years of age or older) who has made significant contributions to advancing and improving the legal system through legal career and community volunteer activities.  Past recipients of the Loeb Award include:  Leonard L. Loeb, Hon. Paul Gartzke, Ernest Hanson, Robert B. Peregrine, James R. Cripe, and Jack R. DeWitt.

Nominations need to be submitted to the Senior Lawyers Division by Friday, February 12, 2010.  Please refer to the Loeb Award Guidelines for detailed information on the award criteria and nomination guidelines.

The Senior Lawyers Division officially recognizes the recipient of the 2010 Loeb Award at the Members Recognition Luncheon during the May 2010 State Bar of Wisconsin Annual Convention.  Site of this year’s convention is Monona Terrace, Madison, WI.

The Senior Lawyers Division (SLD) focuses on activities and content specifically designed to serve the needs and interests of senior lawyers.  We help members stay connected with the State Bar of Wisconsin and with each other.

Every member of the State Bar of Wisconsin who is 60 years old or older is eligible for membership in the Senior Lawyers Division.
