WisTAF Petition Study Committee Final Report

The WisTAF Petition Study Committee identified 13 specific questions, which are addressed in this report, for presentation to the Board of Governors at its Nov. 5, 2004 meeting.

The committee prepared this document as a reference tool for the Board of Governors to formulate the State Bar of Wisconsin's response to the WisTAF petition and the issues it raises.
