My CLE Tracker breaks out earned, pending, and self-reported credits

The State Bar My CLE Tracker’s newest feature takes the guesswork out of determining whether CLE credits have been approved or are awaiting approval. CLE Tracker automatically provides a list of State Bar courses members have attended.

CLE Tracker now breaks credit information into three categories including:

  • State Bar-sponsored CLE lists State Bar-sponsored CLE program credits that have been approved by the Board of Bar Examiners (BBE) and attendance has been validated by the State Bar.
  • Pending State Bar-sponsored CLE lists State Bar-sponsored CLE program credits that the State Bar has not yet processed confirmation of attendance or the BBE has not yet determined the number of CLE credits. When the State Bar has confirmed attendance and the BBE has determined the number of CLE credits, the program and its credits will automatically move from the "pending credits" section to the "approved credits" section.
  • Self-reported CLE includes CLE events not sponsored by the State Bar. The member must enter this information manually to be included in the My CLE Tracker and the CLE Report.
