The 10th Annual Elder Law Workshop was held in the Wisconsin Dells, January 31 and February 1, 2008.

The Workshop offered a more intensive, less formal discussion of elder law issues that permits a freer exchange of ideas and encourages networking among lawyers.

This year the Workshop focused on elder abuse, office management, Title 19 planning after DRA ‘05, and ethical issues in the elder law office.

The sessions are at an intermediate to advanced level. Includes both volumes.
