Mac FAQs

The State Bar of Wisconsin strives to provide as much compatibility as technically possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide technical support for Apple Macintosh users; however, we have created a video feed that allows Mac users to view OnDemand / Webcasts using Flip4Mac.

If you are using Safari, we recommend using Firefox.

If you log in and receive a message saying that you have logged in, but are then unable to access any content without being prompted to log in again, you may be using a firewall that is blocking the reading of cookies. To allow access to cookies, add WisBar.org as a trusted site.

If you are having trouble accessing Fastcase, follow the same steps above, but just add fastcase.com in Step #6.

I'm unable to view Ondemand or Webcasts.

Our webcasts use the Windows Media technology. Mac users will need to have the newest version of Flip4Mac for this to work.

The video works, but I'm not hearing any sound.

If you have the newest version of Flip4Mac installed, then verify that you have updated video and sound drivers.

Where can I get additional support?
