The State Bar of Wisconsin is looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented individual to join our IS team to ensure our computer based business systems are functional and capable of supporting client-side operations.  You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and documenting standard operating procedures for hardware builds, operating system installation and system configurations for applications that reside on servers and workstations, maintenance and documentation of business continuity solutions, planning, testing, and performing software installations and upgrades, along with first level and backup support of network infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will possess a 2-year degree in computer support or equivalent work experience; 5 years experience in the deployment and support of Microsoft based servers (MSCE preferred); experience working with network infrastructure, backup and recovery systems, anti-virus applications, and network operating systems.  A strong customer service orientation and proven ability to meet deadlines are critical to excel in this position.
