Administrative Coordinator

The State Bar of Wisconsin is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Administration & Finance department’s management team. The individual must demonstrate considerable confidentiality and discretion regarding organizational information and be exceptionally well organized.

Responsibilities include: developing and maintaining tracking systems to ensure timely communications related to the organization’s strategic and operational plans; coordinating the department calendar, preparing agendas and presentations, take/transcribe minutes; assisting with HR functions to include payroll and HRIS database maintenance; tracking vendor contracts for timely renewal. Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience along with 3 years related job experience, proficiency in MSOffice with above-average Excel skills, project management skills and proven ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with a desire to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
