Ethics credit approval
View information on Ethics topics by the Board of Bar Examiners regarding EPR credits. The list includes topics that are generally approved, as well as a listing of topics that are not approved for ethics credits. If any portion of your program covers ethics and is at least 50 minutes long, please let Reggie Driscoll know when submitting your speakers and topics. We will complete the required application and forward it to the Board of Bar Examiners for their approval. We must apply for ethics credits PRIOR TO THE CONVENTION.
