Recognizing the effort and time put in by speakers and program chairs, we would like to offer you a discounted registration fee for the Convention or a complimentary set of materials on CD. Registration information is available online.

Program Chair registration is not available on line. There are three ways to receive your Program Chair discount:

By Fax: Fax the registration form to (608) 257-5502. Please include your VISA, MasterCard or American Express information. Our fax line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
