Associate Corporate Counsel National Presto Industries, Inc. (NYSE:NPK) seeks an attorney for its corporate headquarters in Eau Claire, Wis. The ideal candidate should have general corporate and transactional experience, demonstrated ability handling contract drafting and negotiations, and strong research, writing and communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals at all corporate levels. Three to four years of in-house or law firm experience preferred. Experience working with administrative agencies (EPA, FDA, CBP), administrative law, bankruptcy and taxation is a plus.
