The State Bar of Wisconsin CLE Seminars Ultimate Pass is a one-year subscription that allows each subscriber unlimited access to attend any live, video, webcast, webcast replay, telephone, or CLE OnDemand seminar produced by the State Bar of Wisconsin CLE Seminars Division*. These seminars include annual updates, national speakers, and the Build Your Practice series. 

*The State Bar of Wisconsin CLE Seminars Ultimate Pass does not include: the Gulf Coast CLE Conference, Practice 411^TM seminars, or CLE programs produced by sections, divisions, or committees of the State Bar of Wisconsin unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional materials for those programs. These entities may choose to require Ultimate Pass holders to pay an additional fee to register for their programs. Your subscription to the Ultimate Pass runs for 365 days from the date of purchase, and you can start anytime.

Your subscription is invisible. You won’t see it. You won’t need a card or a special number to register. Once you’ve signed up to become an Ultimate Pass subscriber, when you decide to attend a seminar, you simply log in to WisBar.org and the tuition will automatically show up as $0 upon registration. Or if you are calling or faxing to register, we will check your records and confirm you are an Ultimate Pass subscriber.

Many passes are restricted to certain formats of seminars, or restrict the number of seminars you may attend. The State Bar of Wisconsin CLE Seminars Ultimate Pass has none of these restrictions. The Ultimate Pass allows UNLIMITED ACCESS to ANY one-day or shorter live, video, webcast, telephone, or webcast replay of a State Bar of Wisconsin CLE Seminars program*, including more than 135 titles available from State Bar of Wisconsin’s CLE OnDemand library.

Yes, when you purchase an Ultimate Pass, you’ll automatically have access to ALL CLE OnDemand titles available or released during your 365-day period. These will be listed on your myStateBar page and be available for the full duration of your membership—with no additional actions needed by you. When you want to watch a CLE OnDemand seminar, or a portion of one, you simply select that seminar from the list of available titles in your myStateBar member profile.

Yes, with your Ultimate Pass subscription, you will have access to all course materials that accompany State Bar of Wisconsin CLE Seminars programs as soon as they are available as CLE OnDemand programs. Hard copy course materials may be available at a reduced rate.

Yes, your Ultimate Pass gets you into the State Bar of Wisconsin Annual Convention for just $145. That’s right! Not only does your Ultimate Pass allow you to attend any of the award-winning State Bar of Wisconsin’s CLE Seminars programs during the year, you can also attend the Annual Convention* for just an additional $145. No, the subscription for an Ultimate Pass is for individuals only. It is non-transferable. CLE Passbooks are available if you are interested in a transferable option.

We would prefer that you register in advance. However, space allowing, we will welcome Ultimate Pass subscribers to come to whatever portion of a live seminar they choose, registered or not. Staff will simply ask for photo i.d. and then verify Ultimate Pass status as soon as possible. We encourage Ultimate Pass subscribers to pre-register to ensure enough space and course materials are available for all attendees. For a complete listing of upcoming seminars, click here.

Initially, renewals will not be automatic.* As a State Bar member, you will be invoiced for the initial renewal of your Ultimate Pass subscription for a reduced price of $425** approximately 60 days prior to your Ultimate Pass expiration. If not paid by that invoice, you will receive two additional statements for renewal at the discounted price prior to the expiration of your Ultimate Pass. If not renewed with any of these notices, on the 366th day after your initial Ultimate Pass purchase, you will lose access to all benefits you received as an Ultimate Pass subscriber. Prior subscribers will no longer be eligible for the discounted renewal price and will need to purchase a new Ultimate Pass at the full, regular price.

Because of the heavily discounted price for the Ultimate Pass, there will be no volume or multi-user discounts available. CLE Passbooks are available if you are interested in volume or multi-user purchases.

No, once purchased, an Ultimate Pass subscription is non-returnable and non-refundable. There will be no full or partial refunds.
