Prior to his retirement in 2007, Ronald J. Antoine was a Vice-President of and the Wisconsin State Manager for Chicago Title Insurance Company, a national title insurance underwriter and a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. Ron is a 1969 graduate of the Marquette University School of Business Administration and a 1972 graduate of Marquette University Law School. He was employed by Chicago Title from 1972 to 2007 and, in addition to his more recent responsibilities as manager and state counsel, he has experience as a title examiner, agency counsel and agency manager. Since his retirement, Ron has continued his relationship with Chicago Title as a management consultant. Ron is a former President of the Wisconsin Land Title Association and former Chair of its Legislative Committee. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and served two terms as a Director of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.

Hal Karas is shareholder at Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek in Milwaukee, where he is a member of the Corporate, Real Estate and Tax Credit teams. He attended The Ohio State University, Brandeis University, and Northeastern University School of Law, graduating in 1978. He is a past Chair of the Real Property Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and was appointed by the Governor as a member of the Electronic Recording Council of Wisconsin. Hal is admitted to practice in both Wisconsin and Massachusetts.

Robert C. Leibsle is the senior member of the Elkhorn law firm Godfrey, Leibsle, Blackbourn & Howarth, S.C. he received his law degree from Marquette University. Mr. Leibsle’s law practice concentrates in real estate and environmental law focusing on commercial and residential real estate development and transactions. Bob has worked on numerous condominium and real estate developments, including conservation and environmentally sensitive subdivisions. Bob is Chair of the Forms Committee of the Real Property Probate Trust (RPPT) Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. The Forms Committee has over the years prepared numerous real estate and probate forms for members use. Most recently the Forms Committee prepared the Transfer on Death Beneficiary Designation Form (TOD). Bob has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the prestigious The Best Lawyers in America for over 10 years, as well as being named by Wisconsin Super Lawyers® magazine as one of the top attorneys in Wisconsin.

Randy S. Nelson is a partner in the Milwaukee and Delafield law firm of Weiss Berzowski Brady LLP, where his practice includes estate planning, family business planning, advising service corporations and partnerships, tax planning, trust administration and probate. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and an adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School, where he has been teaching estate planning for over 20 years. Mr. Nelson is the author of the chapter " Estate Planning for Owners of Closely Held Businesses" in Eckhardt’s Workbook for Wisconsin Estate Planners published by the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is a frequent speaker at continuing education courses for lawyers and CPAs on the subjects of estate planning and tax planning. Mr. Nelson is listed in both The Best Lawyers in America and Who’s Who in American Law. He is a past Chairperson of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is also a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee and American Bar Associations, the Wisconsin and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, and the Milwaukee Estate Planning Forum.
