Every attorney licensed to practice in Wisconsin is required by the Wisconsin Supreme Court to report any address changes to the State Bar. This means that the State Bar is your best source for the most up-to-date mailing lists available. Lists can be sorted by firm size, geography, age, gender, section or division membership, practice areas, and more! Whether you want to target sole practitioners or firms with five or more attorneys - or if you want to reach attorneys in Wisconsin's far north, or in downtown Milwaukee - the State Bar has the technology to supply you with the demographic segments you desire. Lists are available in peel-and-stick or electronic file format, with a base price of just $0.20 per name.

If you have a service or product that is germane to the professional, consumer or community interests of State Bar members, mailing labels are available.

• State Bar of Wisconsin names and addresses may be sold to any person for the purpose of a single, specified mailing. Purchasers may not duplicate the names and addresses or use them to update their own lists.


• State Bar of Wisconsin names and addresses can be produced in two formats: Avery self-adhesive labels or comma delimited electronic files.


• The criteria you have selected for your order will be combined into one set of names and addresses with duplicates eliminated.


• In advance of the sale of State Bar of Wisconsin names and addresses, the customer will furnish the State Bar with a copy or sample of the literature, advertising material or other matter to be mailed.


• Orders are generally produced and sent to the customer within seven to 10 working days after the State Bar receives an order.

CHARGES: The base price for all orders is $200 per 1,000 names. There is a minimum charge of $150 plus delivery.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

• Shipping & Handling Charges are 15% of the product total with a minimum of $2.50 and a maximum of $35 (no S&H charge on email files)


• Sales Tax (where applicable)


• Avery Self-Adhesive Labels $10/1,000 plus shipping and handling


• A $30 charge will be made for orders returned to the State Bar, except in the case of an error on the part of the State Bar.

BILLING: After an order has been sent, the State Bar of Wisconsin will send an invoice including tax, postage, and handling charges.

TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS: Please provide your tax exempt number at the top of the order form. If this is your first order, please include a copy of the certificate with your order.
