This section brings together attorneys who have a special interest in the business law that affects banks, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. The section also presents CLE programs at State Bar conventions and publishes a newsletter. Working committees include: Anti-Trust/Trade Regulation, Employee Benefits, Entrepreneurial Law, Insurance Law, Nonprofit Organizations, Securities Law, UCC and Unincorporated Business.
