The Taxation Law Section is assembling a database of tax cases issued by the Wisconsin Circuit Courts that may be of interest to tax law practitioners. Please be advised that the searchable document is a scanned copy of the original decision and may contain errors that are inherent in the scanning process. Each such case also includes a PDF version which is the exact copy of the official decision. To begin your search, select the appropriate tax type or year from the drop-down menu above. Results default in chronological date order indicated by the green arrow on that field. You may sort on any result field by clicking the arrow to the right of the field header. The up arrow is ascending order and the down arrow is descending order. |
We will continue to add cases on a regular basis. This database is not complete, and cases may have been overturned, superceded, or apply to old law.
