​Case Details

This year’s case involves a slip-and-fall at a senior housing community. The plaintiff is a 77-year old woman who injures her ankle and has alleged related back problems. She alleges that the property owner defendant was negligent in maintaining the premises in a safe manner. There will be testimony from the plaintiff, the defendant, and the plaintiff’s daughter. Expert testimony will include testimony of the treating physician, testimony by the defense IME doctor and testimony of a meteorologist. The jury will deliberate on liability and damages and medical records will be presented with trial presentation by Visual Advantage.
